The Queens’ Retreat was unlike anything I’ve experienced before– an unexpected discovery of self, forgotten feminine beauty, and the deep feminine bond we share. Each session was masterfully planned and executed…stripped of any and all preconceived notions and stereotypes. By the closing ceremony on our 5th day together I felt I was part of a phenomenon which changed me in ways words can’t describe, healing deep-rooted wounds. Each woman gave and received, and was essential to each other’s transformation that is best reflected in Maya Angelou’s words: “I’m a woman phenomenally. Phenomenal woman, that’s me.”

I watched women around me undergo transformation, emerge refreshed, empowered, glowing and radiant from within. It re-connected me to my feminine power in ways I could not have imagined through various media and techniques layered beautifully over five days. Every detail was woven in, from intentional nourishment to the timing and sequence of each session, revealing the deep meaning of what Hunter and Ksenia teach. This exquisite experience penetrates you at a core level, accessing ancient truths and sources of deep feminine beauty and connectedness.
I come from a family of strong, independent women and I grew up having a very well-defined picture of what that meant – one that was modelled on predominately masculine energy and behaviors. Naturally I applied those behaviours to my professional life and was very successful for the first 20 years of my career…until I suddenly found myself in a situation where I felt like I had plateaued professionally, and was burned out and unhealthy personally. In an environment of trust, transparency, openness, and safety from judgment, Hunter and Ksenia helped me see (and believe!) that that the behaviors I had carefully honed, depended on, and had so fully internalized to get me to where I was to-date in fact weren’t going to be effective in my next evolution – professionally or personally. To see the power and effectiveness in the feminine, and to embrace what is, naturally, an easier and more genuine way.
